have a spoon of honey; it will soothe your throat and give you energy
drink water; it will hydrate you and ease headaches
eat fibre; it will help your digestive system and nourish your body
sleep earlier; you will feel well rested and energised. it’s okay to go to bed late and sleep in sometimes, but you really will feel an awful lot better for going to bed at ten o’clock
practice hobbies; discovering a new passion such as arts or sport will make you happier with something to look forward to doing
go for a walk in nature; learning to appreciate the world is a step towards recovering anything, plus walking is good and healthy for you
i just wish we would all stop commenting on other people’s bodies. leave our flesh suits alone. there’s no need to talk about it. you’re beautiful. im beautiful. that’s all there is to it.
do yourself a favour and unfollow any blogs that promote eating disorders, self harm, self hate and so on. they’re not worth your time. you’re beyond that now. 🍒
