Every time the sun rises the world teaches us we can start again. You don’t have to be that person you were yesterday. You can let go of the defences you built to protect yourself as a little boy scared of your father, as a little girl desperate for your mother’s love. These defences are old and want to be put down, they are too heavy for you now and you don’t need them anymore. There are people in this world that will love you just the way you are when you show them your soul. Read that last line again. These people will become your family and you will finally understand what coming home and feeling safe is like at the end of the day. There are so many ways out other than killing yourself. You can have the life of your dreams if you start believing it’s possible. You are your whole body and it wants to live. Feel your chest rising with every breath, your heart beating… Your body wants to live. Wrap your arms around yourself and hug your inner child. Choose to live and make all your dreams come true for both of you.

Bear is strong. Really strong. Physically the most powerful of all the animals in the forest. Bear is an ancient ally of men and enemy of men. Altars to the cave bear have been found and which were over 30,000 years old. Bear is also very persistent. He has patience. He is not overly bright and tends to rely on brute force over subtlety. In dreams Bear signifies dangers to be overcome or times when strength and not intellect will save the day. Bear mostly allies with men. Usually men who are all about physicality. He is often seen allied with soldiers, police or athletes. Bear also allies with people who tend to be open and direct rather than devious or cunning.
