In your jar fill the bottom with the pink salt, this will add a layer of purification. Then add a layer of the rice. The rice will absorb negative energies so that you won’t absorb too much. Cover the top of the rice layer with the black pepper. This will banish the negative energies and add more protection. Add some black salt in with the black pepper to enhance the purification. Now add some sage and lavender, the sage adds more purification while the lavender calms the energies. Place the rose petals on top and place each crystal on a rose petal.
