To know that some of you reading this post right now don’t realise how amazing you are really hurts. Honestly if you are have the courage to even read this and sit with the feelings it brings up makes you so brave and incredible. You really do deserve the world, don’t let anyone tell you differently. You can have everything you truly want, perhaps not immediately and not all at once but you can really have it if you realise you do deserve it. It’s one of the hardest things to really believe when you’ve been treated badly and told differently but I hope if you receive enough messages telling you how beautiful you are inside and out you might feel ready to start accepting that it’s possible it might be true.
