It’s okay to feel like shit. It’s okay to wallow in your own self pity. It’s okay to hate your life even though people from the outside looking in probably think it’s perfect. It’s okay to feel like you want to give up, even when other people have it worse than you. It’s all okay. All of it. You’re the only one who can fix yourself, but you have to do it one step at a time. Please, be kind to yourself. Love yourself even when you don’t want to.
