Reach out to people. When we do things for others with no expectations of anything in return we are practicing good recovery. It’s also important for our sanity to stop thinking about ourselves and engage with another. When we begin engaging with others in this way, we also begin engaging with these parts of ourselves at a deeper level. Giving happiness grows happiness within.

Stop and just breathe. Tune into yourself and it will all come to you. Chasing if anything pushes things further away. Trust that what needs to be in your life will always come your way. As you being to become still internally, you become much more magnetic and will begin to attract what you want. Tune into trust.
