On this evening Clarissa, Insta:@clenherrnutrition, will be beginning a series of talks on women’s hormones, the importance of eating for your periods, what carbs exactly are and why they shouldn’t be shamed, the same with fat, and a bit of science and explanation as to why these things aren’t bad for you. Also in the talks Clarissa will discuss the impacts of restriction on your metabolism and digestive system.
