A workshop for women

This evening will be filled with guided visualisation and artwork which Jasmine, psychotherapist and founder of Nurse The Soul, will facilitate. Jasmine believes in the importance of living with awareness of our moon cycles and bleeds. When we connect with these different times of the month we can begin empowering ourselves with all the different stages our cycle and our moon has to offer. Different feminine archetypes will appear at different times of the month and in this workshop we will connect with them.
