Nurse The Relationship Circle is for those who want to learn about their own relationship patterns, commit to understanding their own inner and outer dance and work towards the inner, and outer, marriage.
SESSIONS ARE MONTHLY ON MONDAY AT 7PM (UK TIME) FOR 90-120 MINUTES ON ZOOM
What happens in Nurse The Relationship?
Jasmine usually starts the circle with a meditation and then we have a check in. Usually this is followed by some exercises and guided visualisation work. Sometimes Jasmine will teach on a text, sometimes she will guide in creative activities and rituals, sometimes she will begin a group discussion on a theory, sometime she will bring the focus onto the inner marriage or talk about the inner opposites within the psyche… In most sessions we use the space to drop into deep sharing and spiritual reflection.
What will I need?
Before the circle stars, set yourself up in a private space where you won’t be overheard. Make sure you’re comfortable and have a blanket close by as sometimes your body temperature can drop when we go deep into this work. We also recommend making your space into a sacred ritual space with some candles, incense, essential oils and/ or oracle cards. Prepare a cup of cacao/ herbal tea and have a glass of water, pen and paper by your side too. Occasionally Jasmine will also message in advance if you need something extra for the activities of the evening.

I have so loved being apart of the ‘Nurse The Relationship’ workshop. It was really special to share experiences in a safe & Sacred space with like-minded Women. The container that Jasmine created was so magical, it felt like a sisterhood, all sitting in our pyjamas together giggling (& crying) about the Boys we like. The journey has opened me up to deeper parts of self, guiding me closer towards Divine union with my inner Masculine & Feminine energies. Since completing the workshop, I am noticing my external world shifting as my internal landscape evolves through this work. I know that It’s not going to be long until my Soulmate arrives.
