Nurse The Heart is a magical heart centred space for self love, cacao ceremonies, inner child work, boundaries work, codependency work, empaths and highly sensitive people, oracle card readings, quotes, songs, films, dreams, guided visualisations, meditation, books, images, myth and connection.

SESSIONS ARE MONTHLY ON MONDAY AT 7PM (UK TIME) FOR 90-120 MINUTES ON ZOOM

What happens in Nurse The Heart?

The sessions usually start with a meditation followed by a mythical journey. Then the circle will open for heart centred sharing on personal process, therapeutic and spiritual reflection, discussion and creative activities. 

What will I need? 

Before the circle stars, set yourself up in a private space where you won’t be overheard. Make sure you’re comfortable and have a blanket close by as sometimes your body temperature can drop when we go deep into this work. We also recommend making your space into a sacred ritual space with some candles, incense, essential oils and/ or oracle cards. Prepare a cup of cacao/ herbal tea and have a glass of water, pen and paper by your side too. Occasionally Jasmine will also message in advance if you need something extra for the activities of the evening.
