Standard sessions are up to 50 minutes long, this is known as ‘the therapeutic hour’.

I always have a couple of reduced rate spaces for trainees, students, creatives, young parents and a in a few other circumstances. if you cannot afford the standard fee but would like to start sessions please enquire for concessionary rates and availability.

Sessions commence from the time booked and time does not extend for late arrivals.

Short and necessary telephone, text or email contact between consultations will generally not be charged. Conversations of more than five minutes, and consultations that overrun will normally be invoiced pro rata, unless otherwise agreed.

At the beginning of every month you will receive an invoice with your consultations from the previous month and the total payment due in which you have 7 days to pay. Unless otherwise agreed, failure to make payment within 7 days from receipt of invoice can result in charges, any further consultations being put on a hold until payment is made and in some circumstances a full termination.

If you have a personal insurance policy or one through your place of work, please check the policy terms of your health insurance with your insurer before you begin. Nurse The Soul will require this information in advance of beginning your consultations. You will still be required to settle your fees yourself when you receive your invoice however you can also use your invoice to reclaim fees from your insurer. For the avoidance of any doubt, Nurse The Soul would like to clarify that any contract is directly with you, the client, and not with any insurance provider. The fees are payable and ultimately the responsibility of you, the client. Nurse The Soul will not become involved in correspondence with the insurance provider.
