Welcome to Nurse The Soul’s Slow Living group. This group is for those who want to learn how to live a more gentle and peaceful life. Together we will become more consciously in line with our values, feel calmer and be in line with our soul nature.
Who can join?
Anyone with an interest in transpersonal psychology or has experience of psychotherapy.

What happens in Slow Living?
Jasmine sends slow living tasks, reflections and readings throughout the week and also holds circles for the group monthly on Zoom. In the circles Jasmine will usually start the session with a meditation, followed by a talk and then a guided visualisation. Then the circle will open for sharing on personal process, therapeutic and spiritual reflection, discussion and ways in heart is leading us to living consciously.
What will I need?
For the circles we recommend you have a pen and journal close by for reflections. Be sitting somewhere comfortable – blankets, pillows and cushions (somewhere snuggly like a bed or sofa) is encouraged. Light some candles, incense or use essential oils to create a sacred ritual space. Make a cup of cacao or herbal tea and glass of water. Bring your favourite oracle or tarot card decks. Wear comfy clothes, pyjamas are definitely favoured on cold winter evenings! We also recommend you use your journal for your slow living reflections and homework throughout the month.
How does it work technically?
The group will be held on Zoom, which will need to be downloaded onto the device you will join us with (phone/laptop).
We also use WhatsApp group to send you the Slow Living tasks and for conscious living sharing, connection and love during the week.
What is the cost?
These circles are free of charge and held as an offering from Jasmine. They do not replace individual therapy, sometimes they are the start of it, sometimes they are for after long term work to stay connected. What they do offer is the chance for anyone interested in soul work to be involved. If you’d like to make a donation you are welcome to on our Support Our Work page however it is not required.
